It feels like summer just left but it’s now November and we’re starting to think about the holidays over here, and of course, my industry’s holiday manufacturing rush is in full swing. It might be a nice time to share this mother’s pendant I made during one of the last few holiday seasons. It was a fun little CAD modeling project and I really like how it came out.

This sterling silver pendant was made with 3mm alexandrite, ruby and Mexican fire opal full cuts to represent the family’s birthstones, and I wanted it to really show off these brilliant colors so I made sure the stones would get plenty of light. If you’d like a necklace like this I’d love to do it again in another stone combination!
