It’s been a while since I posted my tutorial on refinishing t-shirts with crocheted edges, but the shirt I photographed for directions has become a favorite, so I thought I’d share! Here is the finished product:

I cut this one a bit shorter than I usually prefer, but since it had an unusually wide, boxy shape, it came out looking great and doesn’t overwhelm my small frame. Still, in my next one I took the opposite tack, just cutting off the hem and going for a wider border for an almost tunic-like fit.

I feel like this strategy kind of balances the giant logo on this shirt. It’s fun to be trying something different every time.
