I’ve been making a real effort lately to master the use of my 3D printer. Even though PLA is a pretty easy material for home users, there’s a lot to learn about slicing software, platform leveling, nozzle temperatures and filament. But I’m excited to announce the first 3d printed jewelry produced entirely at home by me! These hoop earrings came from my living room (yes, the decor is a tad industrial here) and are fitted with stainless steel ear wires. I’m inspired. I’d love to be printing in other materials, like the polyamide my New Jersey bracelet is made from. Some day!
